About Us

Our Founder & President

Krista C. Davis is the Founder and President of The Elegant Ladies Foundation established in 2011. With a lifelong commitment to service, creativity, and community leadership, Krista has spent decades creating spaces where people feel supported, seen, and encouraged to grow.

A Nashville native and entrepreneur, Krista’s professional background spans beauty, fashion, hospitality, and design. Her work as a salon owner, stylist, and creative steward placed her in daily conversation with women and families navigating life’s transitions. Through these experiences, she became increasingly aware of the gaps facing young ladies preparing for life after high school, particularly those from hardworking families who often fall between traditional support systems.

Guided by faith and prayer, Krista founded The Elegant Ladies Foundation after receiving a clear vision to bring together women from diverse backgrounds in service of a shared purpose. That vision centered on mentorship, exposure, and support for young ladies as they pursue education, opportunity, and personal growth.

Under her leadership, the Foundation has remained rooted in stewardship, compassion, and community presence. Krista continues to guide the organization with the belief that when vision is aligned with purpose, meaningful impact follows, not only for those served, but for the communities they go on to uplift.
